We're here to help

Rosetta Stone Education understands that you are going through challenging times due to the COVID-19 threat and may be considering contingency plans for potential school closures. If we can play a role in developing or supporting these plans, we are here to help.

As your partner in learning, we want to try and alleviate some of those challenges. We would like to help our valued K-12 Foundations customers and all of your students by offering free Rosetta Stone subscription licenses through the end of June 2020 for any students not currently using Rosetta Stone Foundations in your school or district.

Our onboarding program, GPS, will be available to provide online professional learning for all educators who will have additional students using Rosetta Stone remotely.

If you prefer to learn live or on-demand, we have a variety of live sessions and on demand videos you can watch to learn how you can use our solution remotely. 


Every Tuesday till June 30th at 3:00pm to 4:00pm EST we will have open office hours to answer any questions, you may have during these challenging times.

What is the difference between the free 90 day access to Rosetta Stone offer versus the K12 Customer COVID Grant offer?

The 90 day access to Rosetta Stone is offered to students whose school or district is not a current customer and or for children that are homeschooled. However, if you are a K12 RS Foundations customer, then the grant is for you. You can extend your licenses within your school or district.   

What if my student(s) don't have access to WiFi at home?

Internet Essentials by Comcast is providing internet access for low income families. It’s $9.95 a month with internet speeds of 25/3 Mbps for all customers. In addition, new customers will receive two months of free service. Also check with your local Internet Service Providers they are doing promotions for low income families who don't have access to the internet. Learn More.
